BARWELL CEMETERY TO REMAIN CLOSED

Having reviewed the closure of Barwell Cemetery it has been decided that in line with the Government Guidelines it will remain closed for the duration of the lockdown unless Government advice changes. we appreciate this may cause some distress, but we must consider the safety of our residents and support social distancing. We will continue to monitor official advice.

Four times a year Barwell Parish Council make small grants to local organisations and charities, the next deadline for applications is 15th May 2020. Please note that if you have received a grant previously, you do have to wait a full 12 months before applying again – Good luck

KIRKBY ROAD CEMETERY CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC

Barwell Parish Council have had to make a difficult decision in accordance with the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) Regulations 2020 to close Kirkby Road Cemetery to the public.
