PROPOSAL FROM LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL FOR MANDATORY SCHOOL KEEP CLEAR ON PART OF TOWNEND ROAD

LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL gives notice that it proposes to make an order under sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 32, 45, 46, 47,49 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, the effect of which will be:

To impose a Mandatory School Keep Clear Monday—Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm on part of Townend Road, Barwell.

Objections to the proposals, specifying the grounds on which they are made, should be sent in writing to Lauren Haslam, Director of Law and Governance, Leicestershire County Council, County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8RA by not later than 19th June 2019, quoting reference JM/HTWMT4322.
